Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the conditions applicable to memberships, personal training sessions, classes, and other services purchased from AP Fitness.

By purchasing a membership or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Gym Membership Cancellation

Once a gym membership has been activated, membership fees are generally non-refundable except where:

• A refund is required under applicable law.
• AP Fitness is unable to provide the purchased service for a significant period.
• AP Fitness expressly approves a refund due to exceptional circumstances.

A request to stop attending the gym does not automatically qualify for a refund for the unused membership period.

2. Cancellation Before Membership Activation

If you purchase a membership but request cancellation before it has been activated or used, you may submit a cancellation request to AP Fitness.

Refund eligibility will depend on the membership terms, payment charges already incurred, promotional conditions, and applicable law.

3. Membership Freeze or Pause

Membership freezing or pausing is not automatic and is subject to the applicable membership plan and approval by AP Fitness.

• Supporting information may be requested for extended freeze requests.
• The approved freeze duration and conditions will be communicated at the time of approval.

4. Personal Training Sessions

Personal training sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled within the advance notice period communicated at the time of booking.

• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be treated as completed sessions.
• Trainer cancellations will generally be rescheduled or replaced with an alternative session.

5. Group Classes and Other Bookings

Cancellation rules for classes, workshops, events, or other programs may vary.

Any cancellation terms communicated during booking will apply to that specific service.

6. Promotional and Discounted Memberships

Memberships or services purchased under promotional offers, discounted packages, or limited-time pricing may be non-refundable and subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

7. Membership Transfer

Memberships are generally non-transferable.

In exceptional circumstances, AP Fitness may approve a membership transfer at its discretion and subject to applicable conditions or administrative charges.

8. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed using the original payment method wherever reasonably possible.

• Processing times depend on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
• Applicable payment gateway charges or other non-recoverable transaction costs may be deducted where permitted by law.

9. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged twice or an incorrect amount has been deducted, please contact AP Fitness with your payment details.

Verified duplicate or incorrect payments will be corrected or refunded where appropriate.

10. Service Disruptions

Temporary closures caused by maintenance, public holidays, emergencies, government directions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of AP Fitness do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where a substantial service disruption occurs, AP Fitness may consider a membership extension, account credit, or another appropriate remedy depending on the circumstances.

To submit a cancellation, refund, or membership-related request, please provide:

• Member Name
• Registered Mobile Number or Email Address
• Membership or Service Details
• Payment Details or Receipt (if applicable)
• Reason for the Request

12. Refund Decisions

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the applicable membership plan, the circumstances of the request, this policy, and applicable Indian law.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
